Jaxley Group is two people: an AI engineer who builds production AI systems for a living, and a client partner who makes sure that work fits the business it's for.
Why we started it
Many of the companies that struggled with AI had the biggest budgets. They went in wide and fast, with no clear scope, and some very public rollbacks followed.
The projects that paid off looked different. They started with one specific, costly process, had a way to measure whether it improved, and were run by people who understood both the technology and the work it was meant to help with.
That's how we work with smaller businesses, where there's less room for an expensive experiment. We start narrow: set up the right tools properly, automate the process that wastes the most time, and only build something custom when nothing off the shelf will do. Then we train your team so it keeps working after we've gone.
Being small means the person you explain your business to is the person who does the work, and nothing gets lost in a handover.

Leads every engagement and does the engineering. Builds production AI systems for larger organisations, and brings the same standards to smaller businesses here: tested against real data, secured properly, and documented so someone else can run it.
Client partner
Usually the first person you'll speak to. Runs intro calls and proposals, keeps projects on schedule, and makes sure what we build fits how your team works day to day.

We build it ourselves
Plenty of AI consultancies are resellers for one platform. We earn nothing from the tools we recommend. We're paid to do the work, and we do it ourselves.
Scope first
Every project starts with a specific problem and a way to tell whether it's solved. If we can't define both, we'll say so before you spend anything.
Built to production standards
Testing against your real data, proper access controls, spending limits, and documentation. Smaller projects often skip these. Ours don't.
Nothing you can't keep
Everything runs in your accounts with documentation your team can follow, so you can carry on without us whenever you like.
